Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship from Las Vegas and California. All hand-crafted artwork is wrapped in protective shipping material and sent in a rigid cardboard box. Smaller, sturdier items are wrapped and mailed in a bubble mailer. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Please allow 2 - 4 days for processing and 1-2 weeks for delivery. All artwork is insured for its value during shipping. Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us. Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer refunds for lost or damaged art.

Apparel, Accessories and Prints

Items in the "Apparel", "Bags", "Hats", and "Prints" sections are fulfilled by a trusted drop-shipping partner. Processing times and shipping costs for these items are managed by them and, unfortunately, outside of our direct control. Generally, you can expect these products to ship within a couple of weeks.

 

Shipping Timeline

Resin artwork and hand-crafted items typically ship within 1-2 weeks.
Custom orders will ship by the timeline stipulated in the contrat. Creative Mayhem will provide updates and contact you about any changes to timeline.

Shipping for larger pieces will be billed separately once shipping cost is determined by weight, size, and location.  

Shipping and Customs Information

All artwork is shipped promptly once it's ready. Each country has unique regulations, and while some destinations may not incur additional fees, others may require them. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges in advance. We are not responsible for any custom/duty charges.
